Registration for this experience is built into the PipelineMT platform. Students login to their PipelineMT account, go to the Home icon, and find the New to Blue Orientation block. Please contact oreintation@mtsu.edu if you have more questions.

No, if you are signed up for an orientation session, you do not need a separate appointment. Advising and course registration take place during the orientation day.

The on-campus orientation sessions are full-day events for freshmen and half-day for transfers. Check the New to Blue webpage for details.

Yes, to be cleared for course registration, you must complete both. However, once orientation sessions are no longer offered students must schedule either a New Freshman – JCOB or New Transfer – JCOB appointment.

If you have already signed up for an orientation day, contact New Student and Family Programs at orientation@mtsu.edu and inform them of your preferred major.

If you arrive on campus and have not completed the pre-orientation modules, you will be asked to complete it the day of. This means you miss other important information in your in-person sessions. If you miss your orientation day, contact New Student and Family Programs at orientation@mtsu.edu and request a future session.
